Just for FUN

How cute!
Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum,yum...yum, yum.

My WONDERFUL Kids

Brody
WOW! Gas was only $1.35. Enough said.

Sarah
Do we really even need to comment on those glasses? I think not.

Seth
3 Problems
1. That scowl.
2. Those shorts.
3. MULLET! MULLET! MULLET!

Liz
Clearly the glasses must be a phase that runs in the family.

Emily
Strike a pose.

Happy Easter!

Just sitting around reminiscing (thinking, "How old was Brody in this picture?").
Wishing you a Happy Easter!

Bucket List: Robert H. Johnson 10-11-08

What is my Bucket List? A few years ago that list would have been vastly different, why because my life is vastly different today than anything I could have ever imagined. I now view life with a different perspective as Brother Hugh B. Brown once said, “Viewing ones own existence from the far side of life gives you a much clearer view of that which is to come.” With that in mind I will share with you my bucket list for today.

1. My greatest goal is to endure to the end and keep all the convents that I have made in the temple.

2. Stay close to my children and their families and always be welcome in their homes.

3. Continue working in the temple.

4. Complete my five generation family history with pictures and stories.

5. Stay physically active for many years to come. ( Golf, fly-fishing, 4-wheeling, etc)

6. For my Kids:

Sarah and Liz: Help them start the business of their dreams in Salt Lake City.

EM: Help her and Branch move to Salt Lake City and settle into a new home.

Seth: One more big hunting trip, a few more good golf games and a fishing trip or two.

Brody: A few more trips to Rachel and as many camping and 4-wheeling trips as possible.

7. For my Grand Kids and great grand kids: My they always remember their great pioneer heritage and from where our blessings come.

8. For my daughter-in-laws and son-in-laws: My god always bless you for

the love and joy you bring into my life and the lives of my children.

9. For me:

My I live the rest of my life with dignity and self-respect as a happy and a whole person.

PS: May my children realize that I am not a miserable, discontent old man, my life is rich and full of great blessings more than I can count. I wake up each morning and give thanks for one more day. Life really begins at 65.

Morristown, TN Oct 2008

I am here in Morristown with Sarah, Jonathon, Aspen, Cedar, Olive and Louise.

We went to Meyer's Pumpkin Patch and took the hayride to the Corn Maze. There were three levels of difficulty and we made it through all three!

Jonathan's parents have been here and we have enjoyed spending time talking with them and playing games.

Friday night we went Trick or Treating in the neighborhood and also drove to some of Jonathon's co-worker's homes. Here are Princess Aspen, Batman Cedar and Tinkerbell Olive.

Groucho Marx (Dad) and the Mad Hatter (Sarah)

Saturday, Nov. 1 was Aspen's baptism and Sunday her confirmation. On Tuesday we are going to Chuck E Cheese for our biannual pizza and game fest.

Grandpa and Ellie

Having fun and hanging out...watching the debate (boring)...
and staying warm in the Great Outdoors.
I love you, Grandpa!
